My family is Greek, I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, lived in South Africa a few years and Atlanta USA is now my home!

This unique combination of cultures has exposed me to all types of cuisine – Southern Africa is a true melting pot of people – British, Dutch, Portuguese, Indian amongst others, and so I have been blessed with learning and tasting foods from so many nations! My hope is to give you a glimpse of what I was raised with – simple but yummy, tasty foods from many parts of the world.
